We undertake reasonable technical measures to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pok365's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
